Thanks,

The Bronislaw brother is new information that might help me. I dont speak Polish and its difficult to trace any records back to Poland. The churches and funeral homes in the U.S. only gave me limited information.

One of Johns sons Frank Hilinsky who was born about 1901 listed his birth place as Orzechowka in a 1917 draft registration card.

someone more knowledgable than me wrote me:

"Lomza was capitol of a State of your ancestors in years 1807-1918.
Raygrod was a parish and local church. Orzechowka was a family village.
In Years 1815-1918 it was under Russian occupation,
thats why in your family papers you've got:
Orzechowka, Rajgrod, Lomza, Russia
(village, district, state, country)"
