Paralysis Fatal To Rev. J D Woodson
Rev. J D Woodson, 74, for 54 years a Baptist minister and well known throughout this country, having been a resident of Slaughters for many years, died at his home at Kuttawa Tuesday following a paralytic stroke. Funeral and interment was at Kuttawa Wednesday. He was chaplain at the Eddyville penitentiary for many years. A wife and six children survive.
