Mr. Gary Meador, age 54, of Cadiz, Ky., died Saturday, November 7, 2009, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Ky. He worked in Sales and Delivery for Airgas in Hopkinsville, KY. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Cadiz, KY. He is survived by his wife Pam Meador; Two Sons, Jason Meador of Cadiz, Ky. and Eric Meador of Cadiz, Ky. Mother, Margaret Meador, Cadiz, KY. One Step Daughter-Tammatha Stapp of Cadiz, Ky., One Step Son-Jonathan Leudenburg of Ocean Springs, Miss., . Three Sisters, Cathy Atkins of Hopkinsville, Ky., Deborah Tomberlin of Hopkinsville, Ky. and Elaine Meador of Hopkinsville, Ky. 5 Grandchildren- Brooklyn Meador, Sean Meador, Joshua Meador, Mackenzie Meador, Zachary Meador. 6 Step Grandchildren- Austin Pugh, Joseph DeSpain, Daniel DeSpain, Destiny Wilbanks, Courtney Leudenburg, Andrew Leudenberg. He was preceded in death by his father- Bro. Bill Meador. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050, Cadiz, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2009. Funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz, KY at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 , Pastor Peter Santisteban officiating. Interment will be at East End Cemetery.
