He is survived by his wife Dianne Curtis, Cadiz, KY, one daughter, Caren Curtis of Goodlettsville, Tenn., two sons Al Curtis, Jr. of Loganville, Ga. &amp;amp; Brian Curtis of Cadiz, Ky., three sisters, Bea Chester of Paducah, Ky., Jean Billington of Paducah, Ky. and Netsy Jennings of Michigan, one brother, Joe Wallace of Gilbertsville, Ky., four grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents Vard &amp;amp; Ola Mae (Cargill) Curtis, Sr. a son Steve Curtis. two brothers Vard Curtis, Jr. &amp;amp; Harrison L Curtis and two sisters Arretta Boyle &amp;amp; Margaret Brown. Raymond Aldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Webster died at 1:24 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Webster was born Aug. 10, 1948, in Elkhorn, Wis., to the late Clarence Webster and and the late Ruth Faust Webster. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A farmer and a member of New Palestine Baptist Church, Webster also retired as a CW4 from the U.S. Army, having served in Vietnam. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition to his parents, Webster was preceded in death by his first wife Carlene Webster. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survivors include his wife Faye Webster, his sons Michael Webster of Bowling Green, Craig Byers of Earlington, Ky., and Charles Byers of Pikeville, as well as his daughters Laura Shelton of Cadiz, Kathy Beymer of Hopkinsville, Megan Gilbert of Frankfort and Mary Spanner of Evansville, Ind. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is also survived by his brother Carl Webster of Silvis, Ill., his sisters Thelma Potton of Detroit, Mich., Margaret London of Clinton, Wis., and Laura Davis of Minneapolis, Minn., as well as 18 grandchildren Mason Shelton, Layne Shelton, Jonathan Beymer, Karalyn Beymer, Eli Gilbert, Carly Gilbert, John Thomas Gilbert, Isaac Gilbert, Bradley Webster, Anabeth Webster, Josiah Spanner, Cody Byers, Mason Byers, Cade Byers, Merrick Byers, Karigan Byers and Madison Byers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Memorial donations may be made to Gideon’s International, P.O. Samples, 65, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009, at his residence.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was born December 24, 1943, to the late Omer and Melva (Majors) Samples. Robert Samples, loving father and husband, died after a long hard fight with an illness.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was a kind and loving father that never knew how to mistreat or have malice toward anyone.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He loved being with his family and helping others that were in need. His passions were his family, going to his beloved land in Kentucky, spending the day walking in the woods and driving his concrete truck before he retired. He retired from Evansville Concrete after a sudden accident on the job in 1994.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Our father and number one brother were always bigger than life to those that knew him. He was a man that felt life had something to teach us every day. His gentle way and smile will be missed, but the things he instilled in us all will go on.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dianna; son, Robert; daughter, Kishianna; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Alexander, Theodore; adopted daughter, Margie A. Barnett and her 3 daughters. Brothers, Roy W. Samples and Mark T. Samples; and sister, Mary J.       <description>James Thomas Faughn-GRAHAM, KY. &lt;br&gt;James Faughn, 64, of Graham, died at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Ky. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was born April 26, 1945 in Hopkins County, Ky., to the late Bennett Faughn and Winnie Faughn. He was a construction worker. He was of the baptist faith. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Hook. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Brenda Faughn of Madisonville; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Eddie Parish of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A graveside service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery near Hanson, Ky. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville will be in charge of arrangements. &lt;br&gt;</description>

Gregory Chamberlain officiating. He retired from B&amp;amp;D Mold in 2002, a company he started in 1972 with his partner, Earl Dunigan. He was a very generous, kind-hearted man and he loved helping his family and other people. Charlie had a great sense of humor. Foster, 84, of Newtonville, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 11, 2009, at the Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City, Indiana.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Marjorie was born in Newtonville, Indiana, on June 6, 1925, to the late George and Mary (Hurst) Mueller.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She retired from the Perry County Hospital as a respiratory therapist. Marjorie was a member of the Rockport American Legion Post 254 Ladies Auxiliary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is preceded in death by her husband, Al Foster; and son, George Foster.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Marjorie is survived by her children, Steve Foster and his wife Sheila of Tell City, Ind., Bob Foster and his wife Debbie of Chrisney, Ind., Randy Foster and his wife Peggy of Tell City, Ind., Tony Foster and his wife Joanna of Sulivan, Ind., Danny Foster and his wife Debbie of Newtonville, Ind., Jean Foster of Troy, Ind., Linda Joines and her husband Larry of Gentryville, Ind., Donna Foster of Troy, Ind., and Peggy Brenner of Huntingburg, Ind.; 25 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Services are 11 a.m. Monday, September 14, 2009, at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Ind. Gillians, 88, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, at Heritage Center. She was born March 10, 1921, in Folsomville, to the late Rev. Claude I. and Hazel M. Hunsaker.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She worked for National and Flexsteel Furniture Company as a seamstress from 1949 until 1986. She was a member of Shiloh General Baptist Church and spent 15 years on the General Baptist Freedom Home Mission Board. She was a member of the Cottage Committee of Freedom and the Association of General Baptist Denomination in 1992 and 1993. She was a member of Eastern Star Robert Morris No. 87, White Shrine of Jerusalem No. 14 and Order of the Amaranth.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maudie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Gillians; and sister, Ruth Barrett.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by her sister, Anice Barnett of Boonville; 16 nieces and nephews; 18 great-nieces and nephews; and her Loving Caregiver, her niece, Oliveen Winfield of Evansville.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Center and Hospice for their wonderful care.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, September 14, 2009, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Eastwood (2004), 2 brothers J. D. Marks and Houston Marks, one stepson, Randal Eastwood and son-in-law Emerson Moser.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a member of the Sebree General Baptist Church. She was a charter member of the Onton Homemakers. She has worked at J.C. Penny in Evansville, Woolworth I Henderson and Kusan Plastics. She was also a Kentucky Colonel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by one daughter, Norma Moser of Sebree, Ky.; grandson, Mark and wife, Cheryl Moser, of Sebree, Ky.; grandchildren, Josh Moser of Henderson and Kelly and husband, Nick Manicke, of West Lafayette, Ind.; 2 stepsons, Bradley Eastwood of Henderson, Ky., and Michael Eastwood of Sebree, Ky.; and 5 stepgrandchildren.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, at 2 p.m. at the Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel in Sebree, Ky. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, Ky. Brothers Rudy Moser and Jackie Rich will officiate.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today and Thursday from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;</description>
