The W. I. Smith store in operation at Sebree for seventy-three years, has been sold to Clem Greenfield, Sebree furniture dealer, it was announced last week.
Greenfield, in purchasing the business that is the oldest in Sebree, said the deal included the building and all warehouses and all stock in the store.
James Smith has managed the store for the estate since his father died in December 1952. He has not announced his future plans but will continue to live in Sebree.
