I have been searching for my 1/2 sister Sonya Whitehair and her mother got remarried from our dad to a Sylvester Cogar , Her mothers name is Andra (aka) Hammons now Cogar they were living in Bolair Webster County W. Va . please if any one reads this know of them please E-Mail me and give me some good news . Sonya moved to Penn . about 30 years ago and no one knows any thing about her to help me with my search . Her mother would be a great help but I can't find her either.
