I'll just put it on here. I typed it all in yesterday, but when I pushed preview it didn't work for some reason and it all disappeared. I'll try again. If you want to order the film from your nearest Family History Center you can just go there and order "Crawford: Family tree", loose genealogical papers compiled by Lucinda Frances Stephens. There are two reels. The Connally info. is on reel #288184. I can also scan it & send to you. But here it is:

THE CONNALLY LINE.

Connallys landed in Pennsylvania.
George Connally of Va. married Miss Oldham and two of their children were George and Thomas. Thomas went to N.C. and married Polly Price, daughter of Ed Price and Elizabeth Lindsey, and granddaughter of Wm. Lindsey and Jane Prescott. Prices went from Norfold Va. to N.C. Tom Connally moved to Chapel Hill, N.C. He gave two hundred acres of land toward establishing the Chapel Hill School (now University of N.C.). He and Polly Price had 11 sons and 5 daughters. He was a tall bony man and died in Guinnes Co., Ga. when 82 years of age, while on a visit to his daughter, Polly Strickland, and is buried in the Strickland grave-yard near Sewanee, 3 mi. from the Southern Road. His wife returned to Madison Co., Ga. and died soon after. Tom Connally was a recruiting officer in the Revolutionary War.

They had: 1. Charles, 2. John, who was called Green Bottom John of Ala., 3. Archie, 4. George, 5. Mildred, 6. Rebecca, 7. Sally, 8. Polly, 9. Henry

2. Tom m 1st Temperance Porter, 2nd Susan Bagley.
They had: George, John, Polly, Martha, Thursa, and Disa.

3.Charles m Nancy Stokes.
They had: James and others. James had: Ed L., Henry, Wm. and George.

4. George, accidentally killed. Evidently not married.

5. David m Elizabeth Christian near Natural Bridge, Va. He was born Oct. 31, 1776 in Orange Co., N.C., died June 7, 1848 in Fulton Co.
They had:
--1. Cornelia m Wm. Montgomery - 9 children.
--2. Elija C. (died in youth).
--3. Thomas W. m Temperance Peacock. He was b June 9, 1809, d July 1884. She b Jan. 1818, d Dec. 1896. They had 16 children, their oldest Dr. E.L. Connally m Mary Va. Brown, dau. of Gov. Joseph E. Brown and Eliz. Grisban. They had: 1. Ira Brown, 2. Mary m Jno. Spalding, 3. Tom W., 4. Sally Brown m Warner Martin, 5. Frances m Hal Hentz (architect).
--4. Martha m Peter Mitchell of Ala. 6 children.
--5. Mary m Nat Mangum - 7 children.
--6. Elizabeth m Henry Bankston - 11 children.
--7. Charles m 1st Jane Peacock - 1 child.
2nd Margaret Connally dau. of Wm. and Cenas Connally.

6. Abner m Lucy Bagley. He b July 20, 1778.
They had: Marble F., Eliz., Eliza, Lois, Henry, Abner, Augustus, George, Cicero, Wylie.

7. Nathaniel m Eliz. Nailer, d about 1840.
They had: (1) Margaret, d in infancy. (2) Thomas m his cousin, Mary Jones - 9 children, (3) Nathaniel m Mary Barnes - 7 children, (4) William m Betty Harkness, (5) Wilson m Louisa Allen, (6) Fanny m Wilson Strickland, (7) Virginia m Israel Nation, (8) Emma m Vardy Shelton and they had: - Theodore, Octavia, Emma, Lizzie & Henry. (9) Minerva m John Connally, son of Tom, one of the 11. (10) Mary m James Ken Kannon. (11) Sally m James Farris, (12) Eliz. m 1st McDow, 2nd Henry Connally, son of Abner.

8. Price m Polly Corker in La.
They had Charles and Henry.

9. William m Cenas Christian, twin to Pyrene; sister to Sally Jones, step-daughter to Fanny. He was b 1788.
They had: (1) John, (2) Nat, (3) Margaret m Chas. Connally, son of David, (4) Price m Sarah Jones, (5) Wm. L. m Mary Connally, d of Tom W., (6) James killed C.S.A., (7) Amanda.

10. Christopher m Eliz. McIntire.
They had: (1) Tom, killed, (2) Eliz. m Thos. Kennady, (3) John m Julia Sexton, (4) Price killed C.S.A., (5) Wm. m Mary Silver, 2 children - Obel and Dahlia, (6) Fanny m Geo. Beasley, (7) Columbus.

11. Samuel m Pyrene Christian, twin of Cenas. He was youngest of the 16.
They had (1) Thomas Coke, (2) Drewny, (3) David, (4) Dr. Franklin, (5) John, (6) Samuel. All killed in C.S.A. Thomas left 2 daughters - Pyrene and Fanny. Pyrene died in 1906. Fanny m Mr. Clayton and has a family.

12. Elizabeth m Tom Gaddis.
They had Tom, Jack, War, Peace, and Sallie who married Jacob R. Brooks and has 10 children.

13. Margaret m Tom Jones.
They had: Mary m her cousin Tom Connally, son of Nathaniel and had 9 children. (2) Charles m Sallie Christian, sister to Cenas and Pyrene. (3) Frances m Joel Haley and had 12 children. (4) Elizabeth m Dudley Jones. (5) Edwin m Harriet Ware. (6) Margaret m John R. Stovall. (7) Cynthia m Brice McKever. (8) Pomela m Dr. Augustus Attaway.
