Estate of Cornelius Coolbaugh, Deceased

Probate Court for the County of Jackson.
At a session of the Probate Court for the County of
Jackson, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Jackson, on Saturday, the ninth day of September, in
the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy six.
Present-- Melville McGee, Judge of Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Cornelius Coolbaugh,deceased
On the reading and filing the petition, duly verified of Mary Coolbaugh, widow of said deceased, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to Wihiam P. Coolbaugh (William?), or some other suitable person.
Thereupon it is ordered, that Wednesday, the fourth day of
October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Jackson, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer
of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this Order to be published in the Jackson Weekly Citizen, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Jackson, for
three successive weeks, previous to the day of hearing.
