Hadn't corresponded with you in a long while, but had recent good news. My maternal uncle (our eldest living male Joslin) agreed to submit a DNA test. We've had some good matches reported, one of which ties us to the William Joslin of Deerfield, Cumberland County, NJ (1701-1771) line. The other good match ties our line to an English Joslin whose published tree does not include our Thomas Joslin (the Immigrant) who, with wife Rebecca Marlowe Joslin, children and servants climbed aboard that good ship Increase for Massachusetts Bay in 1634 (some say arrived 1635). Undoubtedly, that means we are cousins of some level of firsts, seconds or however times removed. If you're still on this board, please write me at me personal email, firstname.lastname@example.org
so that we may discuss further. I'd so like to pin my line to the proper son before I get too old and forgetful to enjoy the accomplishment!
Thank you, sincerely.
