Here in SC there are a lot of Kneece's and they are descended from German stock(Palintate area) they originally spelled their name Neys and the first here in SC was a Conrad Neys. There are several different spellings even here such as Nees,Neese,Kneece.

can you help me?

Have some data on the Senterfiett etc of Lexington Co also Randolph, Pulaski Co Ga. The Florida lines also. Our Susannah Senterfitt md Joel Hall. He was a gunsmith along with his brother Elijah, several of their sons. After 1850 census, Joel Susannah left Lexington Co and went to Clay-Duval Co's Florida. Let me know how I can help you, I would be thrilled with any Senterfeit etc, data that you will share. I will search my files for your Polly.Do you know who Dixie Senterfiet was? Do you know of a tie to Oswalt family? Eager to hear from you, surely we are of the same line. Sincerely Sylvia

My line was of the son who stayed in SC kept the earlier spelling.
We would descend from the same immigrant. I have gathered information since this post.
Figure out a safe way to exchange e-mails.

At genforum's Senterfitt board I believe there is a "Marilynn" of the FLA branch. She has a web site which may interest you. I do not know about any but my own branch. She has researched for years. If you read old messages she may have listed the site address.
