You may have your answers by now.
In Goshen Monthly Meeting records:
Thompson Parker of Philadelphia, saddler, son of Alexander m. 1762.9.16 [16 Sept 1762] Sarah Milhouse at Uwchlan.

Another Thompson Parker is mentioned in New Garden Monthly Meeting records:
Parker, Thompson, b. 1737.3.10 [10 May 1737] in Philadelphia, son of Alexander and Sarah, m. Sarah, b.1736.4.3 [3 June 1736], dau of Thomas and Sarah Mathews at New Garden 1762.9.16 [16 Sept 1762] and their children: George, b. 1763.11.2; Alexander, b. 1772.3.30; Thomas, b. 1774.5.10.

Can't tell if this is 2 different Thompson Parkers married 2 diiferent Sarah's at 2 different Monthly Meetings on the same day??

Another note from New Garden Monthly Meeting records:
Thomas Parker, a minor placed as an apprentice to Philadelphia Monthly Meeting nd 1789.11.7.

Appears to be a marriage ar New Garden:
Peter Wickersham, son of William and Rachel, dec'd, of Newlin and Kezia Parker, dau of Abraham, dec'd, and Elinor of Kennett 1773.5.19 at Londongrove.

At Uwchlan Monthly Meeting there is a Rose Parker:
6th da, 11th mo, 1766 - Rose Parker to Bradford Monthly Meeting

At Goshen Monthly Meeting:
Taylor, James,of Goshen m. 1747.1.27 Elizabeth Parker at Goshen.
Bailey, Moses, b. 1773.5.19 m. Elizabeth Parker
Durborow, Daniel, son of Daniel, dec'd, of Philadelphia City m. 1757.5.5 Ann PArker, at Goshen and their child: Daniel, b. 1758.1.27. Ann, wife of Daniel, d. 1758.2.

That is it for Parkers in the book: Early Church Records of Chester County Pennsylvania, vol. 2 by Charlotte Meldrum & Martha Reamy.
