I'm at a brick wall on my paternal grandmother side and are trying any route possible.

I know my grandmother's maiden name was Brumfield, and her mother's name Viola. Her father I thought was General, but are begining to think differently because I cannot find them any census records. They came from West Virginia/Ohio at some point. My great grandmother lived with my grandparents in Indiana at some time but not sure if she died there. My grandmother's name is Virginia and had siblings named Juanita, Naomi and Raymond Bays (half brother).
I found a Viola Lovejoy married to a Unknown Brumfield, and think this may be her (the name Lovejoy rings a bell to my sister and she insist that it was her maiden name). I looking for anyone with info on this Viola and possibly her husband(s). Thanks.
