Do you need Nehemiah's parents?

Do you know what the connection is with William Hicks and Michael and Jane Judd?

Our Hicks line has a William HICKS born about 1730 in Baltimore, MD. His father was Elijah Hicks b. in NY about 1705.

I have no other information other than a few years later he moved on to Tennessee where he had a son named Richard born about 1750 in Sullivan County, TN.
