Don't know anything re: James, but am looking for info on Thomas and Sarah Joiner b 1785 NC moved to Burke Cty, Ga died appx 1860. They lived near present day Perkins. I believed Thomas came to Ga with other Joiner/Joyner family members. James could be a brother or cousin. Do you have any ideas or know James's parents name?

Brenda, I do not know of a Thomas Joyner/Joiner in that area, nor have I come across one. Perkins is on the Burke/Jenkins Co. line, there is a Baptist minister in Augusta Ga., his name is Rev. Terry Joiner and he comes from the Perkins area, but I can not find his listing. Sorry, Thank You for your reply, Bobby

I have info on their children. Including pictures of several tombstones. At least 3 sons were Civil War Soldiers.

Let me know if you are still interested in the info!
