I am trying to find info on the surname Swierzynski from Augustow, Poland. I think his first name was Frank, some of his children shortened their last name to Swier and were located in Momence, IL. Thanks for any help

Hi! For a while now I have had a young college man in Poland doing some research for me on my husband's side of the family from Grajewo. He finally hooked up with a great-granddaughter of my mother-in-law's aunt. One of my mother-in-law's aunts, Helena Niedzwiecka (born in 1880), had a daughter named Zosia Zagorska. Zosia married a man named Stanislaw Swierczynski (I just found this out last night for the first time). I don't have any further information on Stanislaw right now, but I should have more within the week if you want me to send you anything. Marilyn
