McJunkin and indian relatives

The Joseph McJunkin family has a story that two of his siblings went to live with the Indians.
I have NOT found them listed on any rolls taken at the time of Indian removals.
A McJunkin shows up in Tenn 1810 when the lands were released to whites, he might have
taken his land instead of going west with others.
I have tried to follow this up in Tennessee GenWeb project but have not
had any luck yet. Do not have clues to the females.

Hope someone else has better luck.

Chose genealogy, chose McJunkin family.
