Susan Gay Bailey
Memorial services for Susan Gaye Bailey, age 49, of Collinsville TX will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at 7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 122 S. Union in Whitesboro, Texas with Dr. Roy Spore, pastor, officiating.
Susan passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at 11 a.m. in a tragic motorcycle accident while attending a motorcycle rally in Ruidoso, N.M.
Susan loved horses and was an avid horsewoman. She was actively involved in the American Quarter Horse Association as a ring steward, and was involved in an active breeding program with AQHA horses. She was an active participant in the AQHA show circuit. Susan also rode World Championship horses for the American Paint Horse Association. Her love for horses was well known by everyone that knew her.
Survivors are her husband, Ronnie R. Bailey of Collinsville; two sisters, Jill Smith of Warrensberg, Mo., Carole Meed of Sarasota, Fla.; four brothers, John Gagnon, Kris Gagnon, Jim Gagnon and Art Gagnon, all residing in Florida; two stepsons, Paul B. Bailey and Jonathan M. Bailey of Wichita Falls, Texas and grandson, Paul B. Bailey Jr. Her parents, Art Gagnon and June McKinney preceded her in death.

She will be truly missed by family and friends.
